Parky vs StreamFlix
StreamFlix was a well-liked free app for Android and Android TV. Its original GitHub repository is no longer reachable, and users report titles that list but won't play. Parky is free, works out of the box like StreamFlix did, and is updated from our side so sources keep working.

What is StreamFlix?
StreamFlix is a free, open-source app for Android phones and Android TV that finds movies and TV series on third-party sites. Like Parky, it needs no account and no setup, which is a big part of why people liked it.
As of October 2026 the original StreamFlix repository on GitHub returns an "unavailable for legal reasons" error. Community forks such as StreamFlix Reborn carry it on, and users have reported titles that appear but won't play.
Where Parky is different
An app that scrapes the web is only as good as its last fix. Parky's sources are managed on our server, so when one breaks, the fix reaches every install without a new APK, and when the app itself changes, it updates itself.
Parky also adds what StreamFlix didn't have: live sports every day, free-to-air TV channels by country, downloads as real MP4 files on phones and PCs, and a Windows app that shares your watchlist with your phone and TV.

Parky vs StreamFlix: questions
Is Parky a good StreamFlix alternative?
If you want something that plays straight after install, yes. If StreamFlix has stopped playing for you, Parky works the same way, with no account and no setup, and it keeps itself up to date.
Is Parky free like StreamFlix?
Parky is free with no subscription, no trial and no account, and shows no ads on screen. StreamFlix was free as well.
Can I use Parky and StreamFlix on the same device?
Yes. They are separate apps and don't interfere with each other. Many people keep both and use whichever finds the title first.
Does Parky work on Fire TV?
Yes. Install the free Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore, enter the code on the install guide, and allow installing unknown apps. After that Parky updates itself.
Why is StreamFlix not working?
Apps like StreamFlix depend on third-party sites that change often, and the original project's repository is no longer reachable. When those sources break and nobody ships a fix, titles stop playing. Parky's sources are maintained server-side and fixed for every install.
Does Parky work on the same devices as StreamFlix?
Yes, and more: Android phones, tablets, Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV from one APK, plus Windows 10 and 11.
